Introduction

YourSixOS comes with first class support for security integrators. Security integrators are the tenant of YourSixOS, and work as a special type of user in the web application. This user type has a higher level of administrative rights than the organization (end-customer) administrators do.

Integrator administrative tasks

There is a number of tasks that only an integrator can do, as follows:

• Adding and deleting organizations.
• Adding and deleting sites.
• Adding, configuring and deleting devices.
• Adding, configuring and deleting barriers.

Organization selection

When an integrator administrator performs the above tasks, the integrator administrator needs to select which organization is the target audience for the operation. For example; when adding a device, the integrator administrator needs to select to which organization the device is added.

The same statement goes for any organization-bound resource.

Where the organization select is placed may vary, but it is always on the page of the administrative operation.
